Beta Testing Program - Terms and Conditions

Participation and Access:
By applying to participate in our KPI testing program, you agree to provide us with full access to your property management software and any necessary tech stack for the purpose of extracting relevant data for KPI analysis.

You agree to cooperate with our team to ensure the successful data retrieval required for the testing program.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):
If selected to participate in the program, you must sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect the confidentiality of the information shared during the testing.

Duration and Timeline:
The expected timeline for the buildout of the KPI platform is estimated to be between 3 to 6 months; however, no specific guarantee of completion within this timeframe is provided.

You understand that software development timelines can be subject to unexpected delays and adjustments.

Continued Access:
Upon successful completion of the testing program, you will have the opportunity to continue using the KPI platform at our cost for a period of 1 year.

After the one-year period, you will have the option to subscribe to the platform at the regular pricing, subject to the terms of the agreement.

Data Privacy:
We are committed to safeguarding your data and ensuring its privacy. Any data provided by you during the testing program will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Termination of Participation:

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time if you violate these terms and conditions or if we deem it necessary for any other reason.

Feedback and Communication:
You agree to provide feedback, bug reports, and other relevant information regarding your experience with the KPI platform as requested by our team.

We may request your input and insights to help improve the platform.

Compensation:
Participation in the beta testing program is voluntary and unpaid. You will not receive monetary compensation for your participation.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered.

Acceptance of Terms:
By applying to participate in the KPI testing program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
